My readers usually ask a lot of questions to me, and here are the two most common ones:

“How do you manage to get so much done in your days?”

“Why it is necessary to manage your habits?”

Before I answer that, let me just say that I’m far from perfect!

However, I’m capable of finding a way for these obstacles. As such, I go about having a lot more good days, and successful weeks than the average person.

I get up in the morning whether early or late but keeping in mind that no other one can help me for earning my livelihood if I will not try. I must do something to feel a positive vibe for my future.

But you must remember that the things you do or your habits might not seem important, because you do that so often or daily. But these small actions add up in the long run if you constantly continue these things.

Having this daily habits or routines in place will help you get those goals and feel good about yourself. Habits are the most important part of the day when you wake up.

Let me tell you that there are several ways to make your to-do lists. Not all to-do lists are created equal, as it turns out. The basic difference is that HOW you set or list your priorities.

Here’s a better way to do it:

First, get a sheet of paper and make a rough list of the things you want to get done today.

Next, ask yourself, “what you want to accomplish for the day.”

To answer that, look at the items on your list – are they ‘actionable’?

Go through your list again and prioritize your list with important and unimportant tasks. It will help you to identify the important and not important tasks.

And once you make this your daily routine of scheduling your day like this, you’ll soon find this helpful in the long run as well.

The more urgency your to-do list has, the more effective it is.

With each passing year when you get older, the chances are that the energy and motivation don’t come so easily. If you’re feeling lethargic in the morning, you need to find the way to get yourself out of this.

You need to do is get your blood circulation going. This will maintain your natural resistance to getting your day in gear. Go for a morning walk of for workout.

Stretching your body for few minutes in the morning or after a hectic schedule throughout the day to feel energized. If you have a regular exercise routine, why not schedule it in the morning?

Taking cold shower is also a good thing to boost your energy level. Once the water hits you, you’ll get a nice jolt and get your head in the game.

Your morning diet is the platform for your energy. So don’t skip breakfast either. Always treat yourself to a healthy meal. Make sure it should not be a processed stuff or it should not have excessive amounts of sugar.

Always remember, you become what you think constantly or daily basis. The story you’ll create in your head comes from negative past experiences or negative thinking. Be careful about that. If you’re not careful, this will define who you are.

But you can change the entire script filled with negativity. To do that, develop the habit of filling yourself with positive thinking instead.

Make your habit to write down statements that show your ability or affirm the qualities that make you awesome. For example, tell yourself, “I’m a productive person who makes a difference everywhere.”

Or tell yourself, “I’m going to work enough hours today so that I have a bigger paycheck at the end of this week.”

And if you turn this simple action into a habit, it will create a profound effect on your future.

The sources of negative energy come from different places, things or human, but it depends on how you see them. You’ll fetch negative vibes if your own thought is negative.

The antidote to remove negativity is to challenge your negative thinking or perceptions, your negative environment, negative relations or negative circle. Replace negative thought process or environment with gratitude.

It is so simple to feel grateful. You just need to take note of all the wonderful things to be thankful for. It can be anything that makes you feel better. It can be your morning coffee, a beautiful sunrise or even a gratitude for being alive and healthy.

The more gratitude you have, the better vibes you’ll give off.
